What shipping options are available, and how long do they take?
We ship via DHL. For in-stock items, delivery takes 3–5 business days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 14 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $1,500.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code available on your order slip to monitor your shipment.
Do you ship internationally, and what about customs/duties?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that customs and duties are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to international regulations and carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Palestine, Israel, or Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk.
Will I receive a receipt of delivery?
Yes. Once your order is delivered, you will receive an official proof of delivery via email. This includes the recipient’s name, delivery date, and tracking confirmation from DHL.
May I pickup my order in store?
Yes, Store pickup is available for order in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free on all orders over $1,500 USD. For orders below that amount, shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will appear at checkout.
If I purchase more than one item, may I ship my order to multiple addresses?
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than one item, we recommend you make a separate order for each purchase.
